Refund policy

Once an order is completed, refunds are not possible. If an order remains unclaimed for more than 5 business days, it will not be eligible for a refund either. However, if we fail to deliver a service within 24 hours or within the agreed-upon timeframe due to our own errors, you may request a refund.
